Several months ago, we reviewed the new Monteverde Color Changing Inks. We’d liked these inks so much we wanted to share the fun of these color changing inks with one lucky reader.
We will select one winner who will receive the full box set (brand new!) including 9 inks and one bottle of color changer in a magnetic closure box.
Thanks to the whole gang at Yafa Brands for providing this prize pack.
TO ENTER: Leave a comment below and tell us what you plan to do with these color changing inks. Play along and type in something. It makes reading through entries more interesting for me, okay? One entry per person.
If you have never entered a giveaway or commented on the site before, your comment must be manually approved by our highly-trained staff of monkeys before it will appear on the site. Our monkeys are underpaid and under-caffeinated so don’t stress if your comment does not appear right away. Give themonkeys some time.
FINE PRINT: All entries must be submitted by 10pm CST on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. All entries must be submitted at wellappointeddesk.com, not Twitter, Tumblr or Facebook, okay? Winner will be announced on Monday. Winner will be selected by random number generator from entries that played by the rules (see above). We are generous but we’re not made of money. US and APO/AFO only, sorry.
Great way to make Journaling more exciting.
I’m imagining a large colored illustration of some of my new spring flowers. What remarkable stuff!
I’m going to make striping entries in my gratitude journal!
It will make my grocery list “pop” with color not to mention all my journaling will look great.
Oh, how fun! I would be using these in my journal, for sure!
Sad retro packaging design aside … I think these would be super fun with zentangle-type doodle projects. Am also totally on board with using them for fab grocery lists, as fellow commenter Christi points out.
Would absolutly use these at work to sign official documetns and irritate my boss.
It would be so fun to use these in my planners. I love color and having two-for-one would be awesome!
I would use them to tackle my received letter backlog, even though most recipiients will surely have moved since they last wrote to me.
I’m going to use them to write special messages in my Roses Without Thorns and LovePop cards.
I would like to use these wonderful color changing inks to make inspiring signs for work. Myself & my coworkers are struggling through a difficult & stressful time. Our jobs are being eliminated & we are required to apply for new jobs but working from home. Staff reduction & people leaving has caused a lot of stress. I want to make something to hopefully uplift some spirts.
These would add an element of fun to the notes I take for work.
I remember colour changing markers from my youth! They were so much fun! I think I’d use that colour changing set to put more colour in my busy agenda/planner and in my work notes. Can’t have enough colours!
I have 3 young grandkids (living in different cities than me) and love to write short fictional stories about them that they can read. I always like to incorporate different styles, colors, etc.; such as shimmering and sheening inks which they love.
Adding the color changing would allow me to be even more creative, especially using the change to do some art in the stories. I am not an artist by any means, but they love what they do anyway!
I would most likely use them in letters/cards to a long-time friend, but it would be interesting to see how it works in my journal and planner.
Ooh, my kiddo is away at college, so these would be great for weekly postcards from home!
I would use these with a workshop I plan to teach at the SF pen show this year!
I would try to do some artwork/painting with these inks
OOOhhhhhh… I will use these to make the notes at my dreadful job more lively. 🙂
Honestly, I’d give this set to my wife. She’d love playing with these but would never buy it because, and I quote, ” We already have too many inks” (said after buying a few more bottles at the last show).
I would relive my childhood of making random squiggles in the crayola color changing markers.
I’d use in my journal and with my pen pals
I would write love letters to my girlfriend!
What fun these would be to use in my journal! Thank you for the opportunity!
I’d share some of those inks and have fun using the others! so much fun!
Ooh, I’ve been experimenting with color cross-hatching techniques to build up forms in still life and botanical drawings. These color changing inks would add so much interest to transitions between shadow and highlight sections!
