  1. Thanks for yet another giveaway!

If I win the Kaweco Liliput “Brass Bomber,” I will pass on a Pilot 78G w/B nib and 2 ink samples. (I will probably do this regardless, soon) The FP community has been good to me and despite still being new, I have learned a lot in a short amount of time.

    Cheers and thanks again!

    ~ Jack

  2. If I win, then I’ll pay things forward by passing on my grey Kaweco Skyline Sport fountain pen to my son, who has recently been asking for a new, cool fountain pen.

  3. I will be gifting some (non-fountain) pens to my daughters and a friend regardless of whether I win or not. Winning would give me more ammunition to help convince them that pens are fun.

  4. Two years ago December, I became very ill and was hospitalized for over a week. After I was released, my sister moved me into her home. I had lost my job and my condo. Since then, I’ve been in and out of the hospital with complications. I’m unable to work and my savings were wiped out with medical bills. My sister has never once complained, she’s been my strength. If this comment is selected, I would give the Kaweco Liliput Brass fountain pen to her for Christmas. This would be the first gift I could give to her since I’d gotten sick. Thank you.

  5. This pen is currently on my wish list. Looks beautiful! I think the best way to pay this one forward would be a gift of the same selection of pens that got me started down this path, with the realization that there are better things than what you find in the office supply cabinet. Thanks for the opportunity to win.

  6. Thanks for this!

I will continue to pass on fountain pens to as many people as I can. I can’t wait until my daughter is old enough =).

  7. I’d give everyone a big smile to make their day, my smile would of course be due to having won the brass Kaweco!!

  8. If I win, I will pass forward a Kaweco Sport to one of my friends who is always asking about my pens. Well, I might do that even if I don’t win 😉

  9. To pay kindness forward if I win I will buy the person after me a coffee. It is cliche but it is always nice to start your day with a smile.

  10. I will write to the people in my life via snail mail using the Kaweco Liliput Brass Fountain Pen from Fontoplumo, and tell how important they are to me.

  11. I’d write a thank you letter to this nice fellow who has drawn me a christmas card for the last few years; instead of just lazily emailing thank yous.

  12. This pen is a luxury. But every pen’s purpose is to form words in ink and its a marker of literacy. While I can admire Kaweco as ultimate luxury not many can. I am literate but many in my country are not and I would love to see a child read and write so I would gift beautiful and colourful pens and pencils to children and motivate them to educate themselves.

  13. I will introduce my wonderful fountain pens to my coworkers — hopefully they will be as interested in them as I am!

  14. If I won the Kaweco Liliput brass fountain pen, to pay it forward I will write uplifting, loving and positive notes/letters to people who needs a lift me up and also some random ones around the city,

  15. If I were to win the pen, I’d ask that you NOT send it to me but send it to Dale Thele, who’s post below, is by far the most touching.

  16. My dad just recently got hit with the fountain pen bug and would love this as a gift, thanks for the giveaway!

  17. I think it’s high time my nieces get some fountain pen love for Christmas. Win or lose, I’m going to make that happen!

  18. Thanks for the opportunity! If I win, I will give one of my other pens to my mom for her to use! She is interested in fountain pens, but hasn’t made the jump yet, so I will gift her with fountain pen insanity!

  19. Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity! I plan to pass my Lamy Safari over to my brother. He’s doing Computer Science in university, so his hands and wrists are always tired. I’m pretty sure that fountain pens will help alleviate that when he writes. 🙂

  20. These are so cool! If I win, I will write letters to my wife telling her why she’s the best wife ever. (I realize I should already do this, but this will help me be better at it). That and I will pass along a pen to try an convert non pen enthusiasts.

  21. If I win I shall pass on my Kaweco Sport fountain pen to my wife who has been trying to persuade me that I have too many fountain pens. With this beauty, I shall have no excuse and will gladly pass it on..

  22. I’ve been thinking about giving surprise Xmas gifts out around work (anonymously) but just something to make the guys who do the hard jobs smile. I was thinking chocolate/power bars, scratchers, and maybe a few iTunes gift cards. I’d love to give pens, but we work hard around critters and lots of water.

  23. If I win I will pass on my vintage Reform fountwin pen to my colleague who has been coveting it.

  24. If I win, I will pay it forward to my dear wife, who has no interest whatsoever in fountain pens and will throw it straight back at me…

  25. I will spread my addiction for fountain pens to my mom and let her choose any of my pens to play with to pay forward kindness! Good luck everyone!

  26. Oooo…been tempted to start using fountain pens…..how awesome would it be to win one….a KAWECO no less….hey for a new user…..

  27. A wonderful gveaway – if I win I’ll be passing on some of my collection to my nephews and nieces (Lamy Safaris and Al-Stars mostly, some cool inks too!)

  28. I’d spread the pen kindness by giving the diamond mini that has been my trusty pocket companion to a friend that has been eyeing it, along with a pocket notebook. The idea of a pen that has captured so many thoughts being given a new voice is kind of neat, too.

  29. I would pay it forward by passing on some pen love to my father-in-law, who is one of the few people who understands my pen addiction.

  30. If I win, I will share it with my wife, for one, but in thinking about this I have decided one of my charity donations this month should be for literacy, in the name of my passion for writing. If I win I’d be happy to donate on behalf of Well Appointed Desk.

  31. I will included a box of pens and school supplies along with other needed items in this years charity donation.

  32. If I win it I will visit my neighbor who was very unkind to be before he had a stroke. He is in the convalescent home now.

I will read my stories to him.

  33. I would love to own this brass fountain pen. If I win this pen, I will use it to hand write the story my husband has been begging me to write.

  34. My wife and I will be handing out gifts to families that would not otherwise have gifts for the holidays, winning would just make my pocket a little heavier.

  35. Another pen I would like to try out. If I were to win, I would use it to write out Christmas cards and letters to friends and family. Good Luck to all and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

  36. I’m planning to join some friends to make holiday cards for incarcerated LGBTQI youth! I’d love to win the pen and hopefully write some holiday cards with it.

  37. If I win I’ll send a check to the local women’s shelter, a service I believe in.

  38. Wonderful giveaway. In turn I plan to donate blood this month with the Red Cross (so necessary this time of year) and I love to put all my extra change in any donation box including the Salvation Army. It wouldn’t be Christmas without the ringing bells.

  39. I volunteer at a homework-help place for kids once a week, maybe I can do a handwriting workshop there!

  40. I will send hope messages to sad people, give blood as every Christmas, and buy and give food to kitties waiting for being adopted and to an association that prepares meals for spanish children on families with no possibilities.

Thank you for the giveaway 🙂

  41. I love this pen! The Liliput is one of my last missing fountain pens of this real great brand. I gave away this Liliput as a birthday present and would like to have a own one since then. Thank you for the chance to win it!

  42. Thank you for the generous giveaway. I’m helping take care of my sister who is fighting stage IV colon cancer.

  43. I will give Christmas gifts to a children’s charity and bring sweets to my colleagues in work.

  44. I would love a chance to win this! 🙂 My paying it forward would be to churn out some baked goods and sharing them with the people around me

  45. I would love to have and use this beautiful pen. I would give away some of my other lovely but not-so-lovely-as-this fountain pens to spread the love!

  46. If I’m lucky enough to win this pen, I’d like to pay it forward by giving someone else the opportunity to get hooked on fountain pens. I’d pass a pen from my collection along to someone who might be curious about fountain pens.

  47. Should I win, I will be writing my son’s very first “letter from Santa” with this pen 🙂 (I even have a postmark stamp to address the letter from the North Pole!)

If I don’t win, he gets a lump of coal. Sorry, but that’s the best I can do.

  48. I’ll be donating to the local food drive (regardless of whether or not i win the giveaway) :_

  49. Regardless of win or not, I regularly donate to homeless shelters. This season, I’ll be making donations to a women’s shelter for domestic violence victims.

    HilLesha

  50. I will be giving one of my fountain pens away and address all my Christmas cards with my win.

  51. Oh, the love I will be sharing… Not to mention the holiday handwritten notes and cards. Surely I’ll be giving an alternative christmas present like donating a goat to a poor family far away.

  52. I have a couple friends going through a tough time and would, I think, appreciate a handwritten note. I’ll do that either way, but it sure would be nice to do that with this beautiful pen.

  53. I will double my clothing and household goods donation to Goodwill. That means I will take more time to find, decide, and donate more items.

  54. Win or not, the way that I try to pay forward some of my good luck is by giving away most of my fountain pens to other people vs selling them. Of course, I do still sell some, but I also like to help people I know get started into the hobby without making a huge initial investment.

  55. Thank you for the giveaway! I love to give friends fountain pens, ink and fountain-pen friendly paper as unexpected little gifts, and will certainly continue to do so. Happy holidays to all!

  56. I would use the pen to write letters and cards to send to elderly in nursing homes and military folk who don’t get mail.

  57. I will use the pen to write more letters to my sister-in-law as she lives far away and we don’t get to see each other as often as I would like.

  58. WIn or not, Christmas time is when we go through our house to find everything that hasn’t been used, worn, played with, etc. for the last year, and all is donated to Goodwill and AmVets.

A shout out to Frank at Fontoplumo for his great customer service!

  59. Count me in. Heard a version of this pen be called out on The Pen Addict podcast, where you (Ana) were a guest.

  60. This is a lovely pen! I plan on having all of our friends/family over for a holiday meal and we will help a family in need by buying some Christmas gifts for the holiday.

  61. I have been admiring this pen ever since I saw it on JetPens!

I will increase my monthly donations to my local food bank by 10 dollars. That will help pay for an additional 30 meals a month!

  62. I will write encouraging notes to people … at least until the first batch of ink runs out. Then it’s back to grouchy.

  63. I would love to have one of these pens, but win or lose I am going to give a recently purchased fountain pen (unused) to my son-in-law, who I am trying to teach to love fine writing instruments. I would also use the pen to write letters to friends who have recently lost loved ones — I try to send a card or note to them every so often just to lift their spirits.

  64. Lamy Safari Fountain pen starters for my non fp using employees to introduce them to the joy off pen on paper.

  65. I will donate a bunch of neat ink samples, and finally get cracking on the scads of ink reviews that need to be finished and posted.

  66. I am going to do many kindnesses. Even if I don’t win. I think it is lovely that you offer the giveaway. Thank you.

  67. I’ll purchase a good quality pen / fountain pen for a loved one so they can know the joy of good writing instrument!

  68. Donate toys to kids that can’t afford them. My daughter is fortunate to have so many in her family that do not have to go without. There are others who aren’t as lucky.

  69. My brother’s been eyeing my fountain pens, with a liliput I could let go of my Kaweco sport easier.

  70. I will write letters to men and women in my church who are shut in and unable to get out of bed because of declined health.

  71. I’ll go to the Salvation Army on Dec. 17 and take care of the rest of their angel tree needs for Christmas.

  72. If I won this pen, I would use it and the ink samples to create a Christmas card for my friend who lives a few states over from me.

  73. If I win, I want to share my love of fountain pens and lettering with other by leaving cards out for random strangers. Cards that say something lovely and motivational to cheer someone up.

  74. Love the look of the brass! Like many others, I would pass on some of my under-used pens to other homes and try to spread the love of fountain pens to others! Likewise with some ink samples I got and don’t care for– someone will like them, I’m sure. 🙂

  75. I will pay it forward by giving the Kaweco Sport Skyline fountain pen I just bought to my brother. He has been admiring it and if I had the Liliput I wouldn’t need the new sport.

  76. i will stop using my stylus on my phone and go back to paper and pen to write letters to friends and family

  77. I will use this pen to fill out motivational notes to my son and put them in his lunchbox.

  78. I will give away my “backup” kindle, a nice Paperwhite which could revive someone’s reading life the way my first kindle did mine. When pain in my hands made it too difficult to hold open even paperbacks, I discovered that the lightweight kindle would let me lose myself in books once again without any additional pain. Later I upgraded to the Kindle Voyage which had the additional benefit of physical page turn buttons (again reducing the fatigue load for me) but I kept my Paperwhite in reserve should something happen to my main reader. Well, I trust the customer service for kindle enough that I’m now willing to pay it forward and give someone the gift of easy reading, if I win this beautiful pen!
