I thought you might be tickled to see what my work desk really looks like. Now you know why I dream of something better than the beige Herman Miller AO2 cubicle in which I dwell.
Well. At least you have a cubicle you can decorate to your liking. We have plain white desks that house nothing but dust and the odd piece of work. There was even a rumor floating about when we first got them that we’re not allowed put up a picture frame …
I work in a creative area so other people have things hanging from the ceiling, the boring blue panels covered with paper or fabric and lots of toys and goodies in their space. I just moved in recently so I haven’t had much time to make it pretty.
I see some Tag Team Tompkins! I love seeing people’s workspaces–the super inspiring ones & the mundane & everything in between. And…is the Christmas wreath there to inspire your holiday designing? Or still up from last year? 😉 I wish that I had thought to take a picture of my work desk when I had one at my old job…
The wreath was a sample that was altered to be more evergreen green so I kept the lime-y one. Since I basically work on Christmas ideas all year, its a happy bit of inspiration. The ladies of Tag Team Tompkins tend to give me prints as needed for inspiration. The robot painting is by Maura Cluthe.

Love seeing your work desk! Smiling about the bulletin board art. Great post, Ana.
