The Woerther 5.6mm mechanical pencil. Technically, I’d be more inclined to call this a lead holder based on the size of the lead. Just 4.5” long, this would tuck unobtrusively into a shirt pocket and the substantial lead would withstand the most manly of pencil pressure. Produced in Germany by a small family-run business to exacting standards, this mechanical pencil is available in two finishes with a one-year warranty for $39.80.
